Every engagement starts with technical discovery: mapping the existing landscape, the data that moves through it, and the constraints that are non-negotiable, whether regulatory, operational, or budgetary. Architecture decisions are documented and justified before implementation begins, so the reasoning survives long after the project team has rotated.
Delivery is incremental. Working software reaches a staging environment early and often, which keeps feedback cheap and prevents the six-month reveal that no one wants.
